What's the DIFF? 

The Second Annual Digital Independent Film Festival is a competitive film festival that will be held at 'Olelo the Corporation for Public Broadcasting on May 1, 2004.

The deadline for all entries is April 10, 2004. To be eligible for the festival you must have created, edited and output your movie completely in the digital realm.

This years festival will have 5 awards.

• DIFF Alii Award for the best Feature.
• DIFF Alii Award for the best Documentary.
• DIFF Alii Award for the best Short.
• DIFF Alii Award for best Minute Movie.
• The 2004 Audience Award

Our Mission

The DIFF was created by filmmakers for filmmakers. We know how hard it is to make a movie. Now you can show your stuff at our festival. Our only requirement is that you use digital from acquisition to editing to output.
